Isolation, identification and analysis of natural substances (mainly secondary metabolites such as essential oils, flavonoids, polyphenols, coumarins, alkaloids, etc.), biological studies of extracts (toxicity, antimicrobial, antioxidant activity, etc.), the identification of ecologically toxic substances in different industrial matrices.
Qualitative and quantitative detection of phthalates
Determination according to three standards: LST CEN ISO/TS 16181:2011 (N), LST EN ISO 14389:2014, NERI Reasearch Notes No 185 (N).
Mechanical preparation of the sample without chemicals
The preparation includes chopping, grinding, etc.
Preparation of the sample in several stages or using chemicals
Qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis
Spectrophotometric analysis of total phenol content
The study is carried out using the Folin-Ciocalteu method.
Antioxidant activity test
The study is carried out by the methods of DPPH and ABTS.
Analysis of antioxidant activity by electrochemical methods
The test is carried out by the methods of cyclic voltammetry and square-wave voltammetry.
The study of mortality of brine shrimp (Artemia sp. (Larvae))
A toxic activity test is performed.
